Mr. Nicolaides has been a leading accounting, taxation and company valuation expert since 2005 and performed and supervised numerous projects in these areas in various industries.
​
Currently, Mr. Nicolaides is serving as a Managing Director at CEA Audit Services Limited. He initiated his professional career at Ernst & Young (Cyprus) where he spent five years and later became Director and then Managing Director at CEA Audit Services Limited.
​
Mr. Nicolaides holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester (UK) and an MSc in Management from London School of Economics and Political Sciences (UK).
​
Mr. Nicolaides is a Qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and in possession of a Practicing Certificate from the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
​
Mr. Nicolaides has also obtained the Advanced Certificate of professional competence from the Cyprus Stock Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP – Cyprus branch). In 2019 he also obtained the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) offered by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK). During 2023 he also obtained the International Compliance Association (ICA) Certification in AML.

Mr. Meivatzis currently serves as a Director at CEA Audit, having priorly worked at KPMG Cyprus. A highly experienced professional with a demonstrated knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards, audit and assurance services along with considerable expertise in international tax planning and business valuations.

A holder of a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton (UK), an MSc in International Banking and Finance from the London Metropolitan University (UK), and a Qualified Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) possessing a Practising Certificate from the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), of which he is also a member.

Mr. Meivatzis is also a holder of the Transfer Pricing certificate of the Advanced Diploma of International Taxation (ADIT) issued by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK).

Kyriakos Tramountanellis

Kyriakos Tramountanellis is the founding director of CYAUSE Audit Services Ltd and has made the firm one of the most respected and technologically savvy audit and assurance firms in Cyprus and was accredited by the ACCA for the quality of audit and assurance services offered to its clientele.

Kyriakos Tramountanellis is a United Kingdom Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) by the ICAEW. He is in possession of a Practicing Certificate from the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), holder of the Advanced Certificate of professional competence and the AML certificates issued by the Cyprus Stock Exchange Commission (CySEC). Mr. Tramountantellis is the AML Compliance officer of the firm.

His professional and academic experience was obtained during his employment with UHY Hacker Young based in London. Throughout his career in the United Kingdom, Kyriakos has consulted hundreds of British companies on tax and compliance matters and has been actively involved in the audit of a few of the largest property and retail companies in the UK. During his employment with CYAUSE Audit Services, his main involvement was initially the statutory audits of international interest Cyprus companies and their accounting and consultation work.

In recent years Kyriakos has focussed more on regulated entities by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) taking part in their licensing, compliance work (External & Internal Audits, Capital Adequacy, ICARA, and Pillar III reporting) as well as assisting such firms setting up physically in Cyprus.

Nicholas Manousakis

Nicholas Manousakis is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 2014. He begun his professional career in 2010 at a big four audit firm where he worked for 6 years in the audit department and later moved to the financial services industry where he was working as a Senior Manager at an International Administrative Service Provider Firm for seven years.
He has extensive experience in International Financial Reporting Standards and the Tax Law. He specializes in International Taxation, Business and Transaction Advisory and International Financial Reporting Standards.
He advices clients on tax implications of various transactions and the financial impact of acquisitions, mergers and restructuring.
